About the Role

MEK Review is seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused

Enrollment and Administrative Specialist to support our academic programs and serve as the first point of contact for families. This role blends administrative support, customer service, and sales, with opportunities for growth into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist families, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments
• Manage calendars and communicate scheduling updates
• Support families in forming study plans and follow up via email or phone
• Maintain clear communication with both clients and internal teams
• Promote MEK’s programs and services with professionalism and care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Fluency in Korean or Chinese is a plus
• Must be available (Non-Summer) Tues–Fri (1:00–8:30 PM) and Sat (9:00 AM–5:00 PM); summer hours are Mon–Fri (9:00 AM–5:00 PM)
