Location: Dallas, TX Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per year Receptionist Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Entry Level Communications Associate to join our dynamic team! This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to launch their careers in communications. As a Communications Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various communication efforts, including public relations, content creation, and social media management. Responsibilities: * Assist in the creation and dissemination of press releases and media materials * Support social media management by developing content and engaging with our audience * Help organize and execute communication campaigns and events * Conduct research to gather insights and data for communication strategies * Maintain and update media contact lists and communication databases * Collaborate with team members on developing creative content for various platforms Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Benefits: * High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus. * Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role. * Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
