As a Shift Leader, you’ll do more than just run great shifts. You’ll lead by example, empower your team, and bring our values into everything you do. Guided by Service & Operational Excellence, Team Empowerment, People First, and Continuous Improvement you’ll help ensure every guest leaves happy and every team member feels valued.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Minimum 1 year of management experience (restaurant experience preferred)

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
Craveable as our signature combination is, the Culver family knew right away that although the business is centered around the food, it is really about the people.
