Brown Jordan Inc. (BJI) invites its customers to take a seat, inside or out. The firm designs and makes upscale indoor and outdoor furniture, including chairs, tables, sofas, and loveseats, for home and commercial use. Its brands include Brown Jordan, Castelle, Charter, Texacraft, Tropitone, and Winston.

Position Summary:

Brown Jordan Inc. is looking to add an Epicor professional to our team. This person will work with project leaders as we build a new digital world for our company. This includes, but not limited to, bringing all the Brown Jordan Inc. family of brands under one Epicor ERP system in an Azure environment.

Candidates must have an expert working knowledge of Epicor. This position will require a well-rounded individual capable of working in a heavy project environment. This person will lead projects as well as be part of a team of professionals. The right candidate will work side by side with the ERP Manager and team members as they help shape Brown Jordan’s technological goals into reality.

  Major Duties:

· Project management of multiple projects that require Epicor expertise

· Use ERP tools like DMT, SQL, BAQ’s, and BPM’s

· Provide general support to users

· Assist in the implementation of the Azure ERP system

· Provide means for users to efficiently access the required data

· Ensure system reliability/robustness

· Troubleshooting problems as they arise across all divisions

· User training and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for end users

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Expert knowledge of Epicor application from Sales to Finance

· Understands Configurators in Epicor

· Working knowledge of SQL server

· Working knowledge of Application Servers and Task Agents

· Working knowledge of DocStar and APM

· Strong DMT, BAQ and BPM knowledge

· Capable of communicating effectively with people in person and remote

Top Skills and Proficiencies:

· Epicor ERP administration experience

· Application implementation experience from development to deployment

· SSRS and Crystal Reports experience including report design

· Project planning and running multiple projects

· Manufacturing ERP experience

· Verbal Communication

· Desire to listen, learn and assist the business partners

Environmental/Physical Demands:

· Office environment; no specific or unusual environmental or physical demands.

· Full Time position. Days of work Monday through Friday.

· Physical demand: the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, talk or hear. The employee must be able to occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
