📍 Estimator – Commercial Interiors | Armonk, NY

💰 $100,000 – $130,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Full Benefits

A leading general contractor based in Armonk, NY is seeking a skilled Estimator with 5–10 years of experience in commercial interiors & healthcare to join their growing preconstruction team.

This firm specialises in interior renovations and delivers projects across the tri-state area for clients in corporate, healthcare, education, and institutional sectors. They have a strong reputation for quality, attention to detail, and long-standing client relationships.

🔨 Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and proposals from schematic through to construction documents
• Perform quantity take-offs and pricing using Bluebeam and other relevant software
• Issue RFPs, level subcontractor bids, and maintain trade relationships
• Collaborate closely with project managers and executives on cost strategies and value engineering
• Attend site visits, pre-bid meetings, and contribute to project handovers

✅ Requirements:

• 5–10 years of estimating experience with a commercial GC (interiors experience required)
• Proficient with Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, and other estimating tools
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Local to the Westchester/NYC area (office is based in Armonk)
