The Event Coordinator will support the administration, planning, coordinating, and execution of corporate events, trade shows, internal meetings, and client-facing experiences. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who brings energy and precision to every stage of event execution.
This position will require international travel and being in the office five days a week. This is a 9-month W2 contract position.
