Job Description

Our client, a large association in Falls Church, VA, is seeking a direct hire Executive Assistant to support a member of their leadership team!

About the Job:

• Manage high volume scheduling and complex calendar arrangements.
• Coordinate event and meeting logistics: draft agendas, prepare materials, take minutes, etc.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare and review presentations, talking points, and speeches for the executive.
• Handle all logistics and itineraries for domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Track and prepare expense reports.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the extended team as needed.

About You:

• 5+ years of senior-level executive support in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong Outlook calendaring scheduling proficiency.
