Client is looking for an Executive Assistant/ Project Coordinator to work in a hybrid fashion in Richardson, TX. Position will be onsite in Richardson, TX 2-3 days per week, remote the rest. Needing someone with strong PowerPoint skills for executive presentations, past experience supporting senior leaders with project coordination skills. Details below:

An employer is looking for a Project Coordinator/ Executive Admin in the Richardson, TX area. You will primarily be tasked with supporting a handful of executives that are leading projects related to telecom engineering and operations. You will provide administrative support around executive decks/ PowerPoints for vendor management, support financial analysis and tracking requests and support related internal communications.
