Essential Qualifications for an Experienced Carpenter

• Arrive to job site timely and with proper working gear
• Be aware of site conditions and safety compliance rules at all times
• Positive attitude
• Maintain a reasonable pace of work in conjunction with other workers
• Eager to promote team participation
• Self-motivated-problem solver
• Must have a driver's license, reliable transportation and have your own tool

Primary Skills Required for Experienced Carpenter

• Proficient in using hand and power tools
• Utilize measuring tools to make sure that the job is done right the first time
• Follow blueprints and building plans
• Attention to Detail

Experience Carpenter Should Possess the Following

• All phases of construction including erection, and /or repair of structures made of wood e.g. concrete forms and building frameworks including partitions, joists, studding, rafters, and wood stairways
• Remodeling, restoration and TI work
• Drywall install & repair, window & door installation, siding, roofing, flashing, cabinet & millwork installation and framing.
• Painting, installation of flooring, framing, & drywall
• Steel Erection
