Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food and Beverage Plant Manager to join our team. This critical role requires a dynamic leader who will oversee multiple plant locations and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations across multiple plant locations.
- Lead and inspire plant staff to meet and exceed production targets and maintain high standard of quality.
- Support Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and reduce waste.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and HACCP regulations to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, metrics, and operational plans.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven experience managing multiple plant locations and teams within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma principles.
- Comprehensive understanding of OSHA and HACCP regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Travel as needed to other locations.
