Family Law Attorney – Bothell, WA
About the Role:
We’re seeking a compassionate, skilled Family Law Attorney to join a dynamic team serving clients across Washington. You’ll guide individuals through emotionally complex family law matters—everything from divorce, custody, and support to adoption and protection orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full scope of family law cases: divorce, child and spousal support, custody, co-parenting, relocation, domestic violence, protection orders, adoption, and assisted-reproductive issues
- Manage complex financial matters, including property division, business valuations, inheritances, and tracing separate vs. community assets
- Draft, negotiate, or litigate parenting plans, including holiday schedules, relocation provisions, and non-traditional family arrangements
- Advocate in court when required, while prioritizing mediation, collaborative, and other ADR approaches.
- Deliver client-focused counsel: set realistic expectations, offer practical strategies, and maintain clear communication.
Qualifications:
- WA bar admission required
- Strong knowledge of Washington family law statutes and court procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills—ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear, compassionate manner.
- Proven record of effective case strategy, from out-of-court settlements to courtroom advocacy
Salary Range: $150k - $250k
Billable Hours: 1650
