Job Description

Bellco Feeders is seeking a Field Service Technician to play a critical role in ensuring our systems perform optimally at customer facilities. This role requires a high level of flexibility and a willingness to travel whenever needed , sometimes on short notice. If you are mechanically inclined, enjoy troubleshooting, and thrive in hands-on environments, we want you on our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills and troubling shooting expertise. On-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel on-site to customer facilities, often on short notice, to provide technical service and resolve equipment issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components of Bellco Feeders systems.
• Properly align and set up systems for customer runoffs at Bellco’s facility.
• Perform system installations, start-ups, and maintenance at customer sites.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and pneumatic diagrams.
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support while in the field.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Support in-house assembly, machine preparation, testing/debugging and packaging when not traveling.
• Follow workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Uncrate shipments 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with assembly and troubleshooting.
• Experience with automated systems, pneumatics, and electrical components is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and become an expert in Bellco Feeders' equipment.
• Ability to problem-solve and think critically under pressure.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds and operate lift trucks and overhead cranes.
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 40% of the time, sometimes on short notice.
• Overtime may be required.

Compensation details: 28-32 Hourly Wage
