Overview
Join our Finance & Accounting team as a Finance Intern , where you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting key financial activities and strategic business decisions. You’ll collaborate with both finance and cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful insights and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead OPM P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecast processes 📊
- Work with finance and non-finance stakeholders to evaluate business decisions
- Support cross-company initiatives to improve gross margin and cash flow
- Assist in long-term planning, including new products/capabilities and capital needs
- Help with billing and collections 💵
- Perform SAP account reviews and post revenues/collections
- Analyze movement types and HFM PO accounts
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Support business plans, forecasts, LE, and cash flow planning (Trinity)
- Assist with external financial audits 📂
- Control customer chargebacks
- Carry out other assigned duties
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Sophomore level) 🎓
- Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus 🌐
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
