Conexwest is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move products, load and unload shipments, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, or reach trucks) safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment
- Keep accurate records of inventory movement
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid forklift certification/license required
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and fast-paced environments
