Pay: $18.50/hr
Schedule Details:
1. Training: M-F, 8am to completion usually 5pm, occasionally later)
2. Normal schedule after training: Sunday (7am to completion, around 5pm), M-Th (3pm to shift end)
3. OT as needed

This position is a member of the location warehouse team responsible for order pulling, inbound receiving, housekeeping and other warehouse tasks. This role is also responsible for working closely with the team and supervisor to ensure all assigned tasks are done timely and accurately. The role requires excellent communication skills, sense of urgency, and consistent timely follow up.
50% order selecting, put away and scanning; 40% - Housekeeping; 10%- Other warehouse tasks. Keen sense of safety and to abide by all safety rules and regulations. Equipment operating (reach truck [certified] and pallet Jack); Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
Assignment Length: 90 days (NOT temp to hire, but potential for conversion after 3months)
Location Details: 100% ONSITE IN A COLD ENVIRONMENT
Candidate required to provide their own steel toe shoes. Dress code is jeans (no rips, tears, etc.) and hoodless sweatshirt, recommended. Cargill will provide necessary cold weather gear (coat/hat/gloves)
Requirements:
1. Standup forklift experience PREFERRED
2. Ability to lift up to 100lbs unassisted
3. Must be able to work in a cold environment CONSISTENTLY - 32/0 degrees
4. Minimum HS education or equivalent
