Role Description
This is a full/part time, on-site role located in Savannah, GA, for a Front Office Receptionist/Patient Care Coordinator. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing reception duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, calling for insurance benefits and help with minor hearing aid cleaning. Additionally, they will coordinate patient care appointments, ensure that patient information is correctly entered into the system, and handle customer service inquiries. We are looking for a team people person that has strong interpersonal skills and willing to provide the best customer service in town! This person needs to be a go getter that is ambitious and knows that there is growth potential within the company, if desired. Salary is very competative and there is a sign on bonus.
