The Role
As a Staff Frontend Engineer (Innovations), you’ll:
- Lead the design and development of new web and mobile products (React, React Native, TypeScript).
- Work closely with PMs, designers, and backend engineers to craft world-class user experiences.
- Rapidly test and iterate on new product ideas that will define the company’s next growth phase.
- Own architecture, mentor engineers, and elevate frontend standards company-wide.
- Operate in a true startup environment—fast, collaborative, and high-ownership.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of frontend experience with React, React Native, and exposure to Kotlin/Swift.
- Proven experience shipping scalable, high-performance web/mobile applications.
- Strong with modern tooling (TypeScript, CI/CD, state management).
- Thrive in fast-moving environments, value deep collaboration, and take pride in high-quality design.
