About the Role
Hyatt Commercial, a company of The Reliable Group, is hiring a Listing & Transaction Assistant to support our brokerage operations. Reporting to the Director of Resources and Development, this role ensures smooth coordination of listings, deals, and team operations. You’ll handle expense tracking, document management, licensing, and onboarding—all while supporting a high-performance team.
This role is designed for someone looking to grow within commercial real estate and make an impact every day.

What You Bring
✅ Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and DocuSign
✅ Experience with real estate or licensing is a plus
✅ 2+ years in administrative or transaction support roles
✅ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
