Operations Associate – Full Time (Hybrid)

Location: New York City, NY

Salary: $68,000–$72,000 per year + Performance-Based Bonus

Schedule: Hybrid – at least 2 days work from home per week

What You’ll Do

As an Operations Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our logistics, order fulfillment, and customer service operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and monitoring day-to-day order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery logistics
• Assisting with issue resolution, including address changes, delivery exceptions, and appointment scheduling
• Liaising between customers, warehouses, and carrier services to ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining accurate records of shipments, service requests, and internal communications
• Assisting with vendor management, process improvement, and internal documentation
• Supporting cross-functional teams, including customer service and sales, to ensure alignment across departments

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service, preferably in e-commerce or machinery-related fields
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with logistics platforms, CRM, or order management systems is a plus
• U.S. citizenship is required for this position
