  Position Summary

  At Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Austin, MN, the General Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of their car wash location. This includes managing team performance, maintaining site standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable working alongside their team, solving problems in real time, and driving consistent results across key performance areas such as volume, revenue, and operational efficiency.

• Starting salary of $80,000

What You'll Do:

• Lead and inspire a small team of 8–14 employees
• Foster a positive, team-focused environment
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with fast, friendly service
• Handle light administrative work and equipment checks
• Recruit, train, and develop team members at every level
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient site

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of leadership in a customer-facing environment
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to get hands-on with equipment and operations
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in all weather conditions
• Must pass a drug screen and background check per state requirements
