Job Title: Health Insurance Representative

Location: Columbia, TN

Pay: $19 - $24/ hour

Job Description:

The Sales Representative will manage incoming communications, perform data entry, and assist customers in selecting the right health insurance plans. This position requires a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and the ability to meet performance targets. No cold calls!

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming emails and phone calls with professionalism.
• Accurately complete data entry tasks.
• Guide customers through health plan options and assist in making informed decisions.
• Achieve a minimum of 20 processed policies per week.
• Maintain productivity and adapt to workflow changes.

Qualifications:

• Health State License in TN preferred- but not required!
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales or call center experience is required.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Additional Details:

• Schedule: In-office, Monday to Friday, flexible start between 7-8:30AM
• Training: Includes licensing training and exam (virtual online test) within the first two weeks if not already licensed.
• Contract-to-Hire position
