This position will be required to work out of our New Castle, DE warehouse; this is not a remote role.

Job Description

The Ideal Teammate Would Be Able To:

• Operate construction, excavation, hauling, and maintenance equipment including excavator, front-end loaders, bulldozers, or grade tractors
• Blend material for bulk supplies
• Transport tools and other construction equipment such as Bobcat, Forklift
• Inspect and fuel vehicle prior to beginning shift
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment daily
• Work prolonged periods of operating heavy machinery
• Work long periods including evenings and weekends when necessary
• Operate machinery in all weather conditions and terrains
• Lift up to 50 pounds at a time
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Would you describe yourself as someone who has:

• 3 years' experience of heavy machinery operation and capabilities.
• Valid Driver's license
• Vocational school training or apprenticeship
• Ability to be flexible to support needs of manufacturing
• Excellent mechanical skills
• Complete tasks by safely and efficiently operating and maintaining equipment
• Team player, able to get along with a diverse group of people
• Dependability is a must
