Onsite locations 3-4 days per week (7:30am-1pm) Remote rest of days
Requirements:
Ability to travel 2 hours each way in the Dallas area.
Experience with setting up various IT equipment such as monitors, laptops and phones.
Experience with PC and phone software updates and troubleshooting
Some IT troubleshooting experience with phones and other hardware devices
Strong customer service skills.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Tier Help Desk Technician to join our team, servicing 160 hospitals and medical facilities to perform various IT duties. This role must sit in Dallas, TX and involves traveling around the Dallas metro, with different site assignments each day next week. Hospital sites can be up to 2 hours in distance. Mileage will be reimbursed. The pay rate for this role ranges from 25-27 an hour.
