A leading and growing Oil & Gas company located in Spring, TX is seeking a Human Resources & Payroll Specialist to join their team. Starting compensation $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience. This role is direct hire and 100% onsite.

• 4+ years of payroll experience, preferably with weekly cycles
• Knowledge of FLSA, W-4, and garnishment regulations
• Experience with payroll/HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex)

• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
• Handle garnishments, levies, and W-4 updates
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws
• Support new hire onboarding, I-9 verification, and benefits enrollment
• Maintain HRIS and personnel files; assist with audits and reporting
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and HR policies
