Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Associate to support a growing HR team by providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations. The Human Resources Associate will provide support in the onboarding process for new employees and assist with HR data analysis to improve workforce planning and decision-making. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate the employee onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, new hire paperwork, and orientation materials.
• Serve as a point of contact for new hires, answering questions and ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Collect, analyze, and report HR data related to workforce metrics, turnover, diversity, and engagement.
• Partner with HR leadership to identify trends and provide insights for improving recruitment, retention, and employee experience.
• Assist with compliance reporting and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Bilingual - English & Portuguese
• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to onboarding and data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
