Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. This role is essential in building strong partnerships with managers across the organization to support and meet their HR needs effectively.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Develop and lead new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
• Oversee employee offboarding and termination procedures.
• Assist in the administration of payroll and employee benefits.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required .
