Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of residential HVAC systems according to company standards and industry best practices
- Work alongside experienced installers to learn proper techniques and procedures
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are prepared and organized for each job
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at job sites and in company vehicles
- Follow instructions from the Install Manager and senior team members
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers as needed
- Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development
Qualifications
- 1+ years of previous HVAC residential installation experience preferred
- Universal EPA Certification required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good organizational and communication skills
Compensation
$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year (Flat rate per job; pay is among the highest in the valley)
