Job Title: In-Home Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA)

Company: Summit Home Care

Employment Type: Part-Time / Per Diem

Compensation: $20–$22/hour + $32–$34 per visit (for bathing/showering)

Travel Radius: Up to 35 miles from your home

What You’ll Do

• Provide personal care support like dressing, grooming, bathing, and hygiene tasks
  
• Assist multiple clients per day with light housekeeping, companionship, and daily routines
  
• Travel independently between homes across a 35-mile radius
  
• Use a mobile documentation system to chart visit notes quickly and accurately
  
• Be a steady, supportive presence in the lives of Veterans, older adults, and individuals with disabilities
  

What You’ll Need

• 1+ year of paid caregiving experience or a CNA certification
  
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
  
• Ability to confidently handle a dynamic client schedule
  
• A heart for service , patience, and strong communication skills
