POSITION: Industrial Engineer

What You will Do:

• Performs cycle time and takt time analysis.
• Performs other Industrial engineering functions such as conducting motion and time studies, line balancing.
• Plan the sequence of operations and procedures and documents manufacturing standard work and routings.
• Knowledgeable in production process, designing material flow, layout and process flows, capacity planning
• Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control.

Work Experience

How You Will Get Here:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or any other related field (electronics, mechatronics or mechanical) 3-6 years of prior relevant experience
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and industrial engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and industrial software.

Pay Range: $65,000 to $80,000

Work Requirements:

• This role is considered an on-site position located in Rome, NY.
• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of work, the only travel required is commuting daily to the work location
