We’re seeking a skilled Instructor Trainer to support training efforts for a Salesforce-based Grants Management System (GMS). This position involves designing, developing, and delivering training for both internal and external users through a mix of in-person sessions, webinars, and digital materials.

This position will create and deliver role-based training for the enterprise Grants Management System (GMS), including written, recorded, and in-person materials tailored to agency staff, administrators, and external users.
