Job Description

We are currently working with an established, people oriented CPA firm that is looking to add an International Tax Professional to their growing organization. This is a stable firm with strong ties in the market, providing valuable expertise in the tax and financial services.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• The International Tax Professional will collaborate with other team members, partners, and cross-functional professionals to deliver seamless client service.
• Prepare and review U.S. international tax forms (e.g., Forms 5471, 8865, 8858, 1116/1118, etc.)
• Conduct international tax research and prepare technical memoranda on a variety of topics.
• Advise clients on cross-border tax structuring for mergers, acquisitions, expansions, and investments.
• Work closely with clients to understand their international operations and identify tax planning opportunities.
• Stay current on international tax developments and emerging global tax trends.
• Support and mentor junior staff, reviewing work papers and providing technical guidance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
• CPA License Ideal
• 4-10 years of proven experience in public accounting,
• Must have the ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service
• Must be familiar with the following Forms: 5471, 8858, 8865, 1116/1118
• Must have strong multi-tasking skills
• Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Represent the firm with integrity at all times
