Responsibilities and Expectations:
Inventory Coordinator, Warehouse Associate, will work directly with the Inventory Specialist. This position will be responsible for supporting accurate inventory support through completing daily cycle counts including but not limited to the following: artificial turf products, accessories, minimum/maximum levels, and consumables. Processing, stocking, and labeling all incoming artificial turf products, accessories, and consumables. Overall general maintenance and upkeep of warehouse, and yard is expected including support of any needed inventory projects.
Job Description :
  • ​Ensure execution of instructions from Inventory Specialist for specific task, duties, and responsibilities.
  • Complete daily cycle counts including all artificial turf, accessories, minimum/maximum levels, and any/all consumables.
  • Daily processing, stocking, labeling, and tagging of any incoming products, and accessories in appropriate locations.
  • Assist with claims and returns processes.
  • Tagging and labeling maintenance/upkeep of all on site products and proper verification.
  • Maintaining proper bin locations and verification within warehouse or yard.
  • General inventory maintenance and warehouse upkeep.
  • Address and support any inventory projects as needed or requested.
  • IF requested or identified general warehouse support may be required.
  • Promote company and department culture.
  • Assist in transporting products to proper bin locations and yard management.
  • Utilizing FIFO product management
  • Managing returned product and properly supporting proper processing
  • Utilize a forklift to move and organize products.
  • Utilize machinery to cut turf to customer specified measurements.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards in the warehouse and yard.
  • Any and all other duties assigned by Inventory Specialist or Operations Manager.
  • Lifting 50 lbs. regularly
  • Reflect Core Values in all business interactions.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures related to all facets of job.
Qualifications:
  • Inventory experience.
  • Forklift experience
  • Two years’ experience general labor or warehouse preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to safely lift 50 lbs without assistance, and 100 lbs with assistance.
  • Must be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays when needed.
  • Familiar with manual labor, and ability to utilize basic tools, basic math skills.
  • Ability to learn to use Microsoft suite, including but not limited to: Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Experience using Salesforce preferred, not required.

Work Environment
This position works in a warehouse setting, with mostly outdoor exposure during the workday. This role requires extensive standing and bending throughout the workday. This role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as forklifts, scissors, and box cutters.

Hours:
6 am - 2:30 pm Monday-Friday

Compensation:
$20/ hour
