IT Applications Project Manager - PLM & Document Management

Hybrid - Lake Mary, FL - 3 days onsite weekly

6 -12 Month Contract - W2 or C2C (W2 + 401k & Health insurance available)

We are hiring an IT Applications Project Manager to help lead a Document Management and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiative as part of a larger digital transformation effort.

This role is ideal for a proactive, solutions-oriented PM who enjoys bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to evolving teams. The organization is in early stages of formalizing their PMO, and you will play a key role in delivering high-impact projects while helping shape long-term delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute an enterprise Document Management project aligned with PLM goals
• Drive planning, execution, and collaboration across IT, Business and Engineering teams
• Help develop and reinforce PMO practices as part of broader growth efforts
• Translate project goals into clear plans, timelines, and outcomes – with flexibility to adjust as things evolve
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure effective communication through the project lifecycle

Skills

• Progressive career in IT Application Project Management, PMP Certification highly preferred
• Experience with Document Management Systems and PLM tools such as Windchill, Teamcenter, or comparable platforms is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive collaboration between cross-functional teams
