Job Description

A leading fine jewelry and watch boutique, as the Store Manager at our flagship Bellaire location. In this key leadership role, you’ll manage daily store operations, coach a sales team, and uphold our exceptional service standards. You will work directly with the founder, gaining personalized mentorship and training. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a company known for elegance, excellence, and deep community roots.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the sales team to consistently meet and exceed performance goals
• Deliver a hospitality-driven, luxury client experience in line with the brand
• Manage all aspects of store operations including scheduling, reporting, and merchandising
• Provide product knowledge training and hands-on coaching to staff
• Handle VIP client relationships with professionalism and discretion
• Analyze store performance and implement strategies for improvement

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in fine jewelry, luxury, or fashion
• Strong background in jewelry or watches preferred, GIA certification a plus
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
• Professional demeanor with deep knowledge of luxury retail standards
• Proficient with POS systems, inventory tools, and office software
• Bilingual preferred; Vietnamese speaking strongly preferred for Bellaire location
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and events
