Your new role

Support the Senior estimator with commercial interior bids, typically valued between $5M-$15M. Play a key role in expanding revenue from $100M to $250M over the next 3-5 years.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years of estimating experience in the construction industry
• A proven track record at bidding base builds projects valued at $5 Million+ within the commercial and interior sectors
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills to accurately estimate costs and assess project feasibility.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
