A long-time firm client seeks a highly motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join their Employment Litigation practice. The role requires providing legal advice, conducting in-depth research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and handling cases related to labor and employment law.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience, Labor and Employment preferred
• Negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the California State Bar
