Job Description

Position Summary:

As the Ten Logistics Logistics Coordinator, you’ll oversee and facilitate our supply chain logistics from the initial load tender to the last mile. You’ll organize, monitor, and record carrier activity, using our processes and technology to manage the transportation of inventory and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Track and trace active shipments in alignment with customer requests, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
• Schedule and maintain organized logs and records of warehouse appointments to support efficient operations.
• Utilize truckload software to monitor shipments and execute procedures according to established protocols.
• Uphold and enforce all safety standards, regulations, and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
• Communicate effectively across TEN Logistics teams to ensure alignment and operational continuity.
• Support additional operational tasks as needed to meet business demands.

Qualifications:

Experience with TMS and Microsoft suite are a plus
