About the Opportunity

This is an opportunity for a Marketing Account Manager to join one of the country’s fastest growing boutique real estate brands. The Marketing Account Manager will manage the day-to-day marketing needs of a specific office location based in Naples, Florida. Responsibilities range from training and support, creating marketing collateral, drafting listing copy and bios, and consulting on marketing efforts and campaigns.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Steward of the Company’s brand that upholds the guidelines set forth in brand guidelines
  • Creation of various deadline-oriented marketing materials including agent bios, listing copy, presentations, flyers, signage, eblasts, advertising, social media assets, and other custom materials when needed
  • Lead liaison for local agents on marketing needs and processes
  • Coordination and strategy of local ad and media buying
  • Management of print coordination of marketing materials with local vendors
  • Project management of custom projects with outside marketing agencies if custom branding is requested
  • Approval of all new listings for compliance and brand guidelines
  • Marketing training/onboarding for all new hires (staff and agents)
  • Manage Office’s Social Media Pages
  • Attend monthly marketing meetings with the company’s corporate Marketing Managers
  • Perform other tasks as directed by Managing Partners
  • Advise on agent business planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–3 years marketing experience
  • Real estate industry and/or luxury brand experience a plus
  • Impeccable grammar, proofreading, and copyediting skills
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Excellent project/client management skills (managing timelines, prioritization of tasks, quality control)
  • Able to effectively work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Proven ability to gain trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical-thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations
  • Exceptional initiative and follow-through skills. Knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus, and discipline

Compensation: 50-55K, with the ability to grow
