Marketing Project Coordinator - 4 Month Contract, full 40 hours a week!! ON-SITE Schedule!

Robert Half, Marketing & Creative is looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator for a client in the DFW area. The Marketing Project Coordinator will be coordinator schedules, budgets, creating timelines and allocating resources. Marketing Project Coordinator will be working to make sure all toolkits are delivered on time, complete and executed correctly. Marketing Project Coordinator will be working with both internal teams, vendors and c-levels to communicate any challenges, setbacks or approvals.

Marketing Project Coordinator MUST have the following to be considered :

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, print production, and marketing operations.
• Availability to be on-site 5 days a week in the Dallas/Fort Worth area
• Project Management software tool experience - Basecamp, Excel, Wrike, Workfront, etc.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, including pricing negotiations and scheduling.
• CPG or retail preferred
• ability to be ON-SITE 40 hours a week in Irving
