Alimark Marketing is a marketing firm based in Mason, Ohio. Our team focuses on in-person, results driven marketing strategies to help our clients grow and we’re currently hiring for an Entry-Level Marketing Associate.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role with direct involvement in local marketing campaigns, brand awareness efforts, and team development. We promote entirely from within, so we’re looking for individuals who are serious about long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients and manage their in-store marketing campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and team members
• Help increase brand visibility through in-person outreach and events
• Track individual and team progress against campaign goals
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and partners
• Learn the fundamentals of team leadership and campaign management

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self disciplined, coachable, and motivated by performance based goals
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment
• Adaptable and quick-thinking in face to face customer interactions
• Background in sports, military, or other performance based fields is a plus

Required Skills

• Self managed and able to stay on task without constant supervision
• Team players who work well with others but can also take the lead
• Quick learners who are focused, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment
