Job Description

Seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to join our corporate team in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is responsible for developing and managing the master production schedule across multiple manufacturing facilities to ensure alignment with customer demand, inventory goals, and capacity planning.

Salary : $90,000.00- $110,000.00 + Quarterly Bonuses + 12% 401K

Need an Analyst with Strong systems background capable of building a new Program from the ground up ; has managed a Large production systems program. IT and/or Accounting experience .

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Management, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in scheduling and production planning across multiple manufacturing facilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven ability to analyze sales trends and translate data into accurate production schedules. Strong forecasting skills to align personnel and resources with customer demand and inventory targets.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills; experience with scheduling and planning software strongly preferred
