Medical Assistant (Phlebotomy + Aesthetics)

📍 Hinsdale, IL | 💵 $19–$22/hr | 🕐 Full-time, on-site

Healing Medical Group & Healing Aesthetics is looking for a motivated Medical Assistant to support both medical and aesthetic patients at our Hinsdale office. This is a unique opportunity to work in a physician-led internal medicine practice that also offers advanced Aesthetic treatments.

✅ What you’ll do

• Perform patient intake, vitals, documentation (Athena EMR)
• Draw blood for labs and process PRP/PRF/EZ Gel for treatments
• Assist with procedures.
• Vitals, perform EKGs, handle patient calls and follow-ups
• Keep procedure rooms stocked, clean, and ready
• Educate patients on post-care and provide handouts

💡 What you bring

• Medical Assistant certification or phlebotomy training required
• Phlebotomy experience
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Willingness to learn aesthetic procedures and support our med spa team.
