Job Description:
HCL America is looking for a highly skilled Mobile App Tester to join our onsite team in Pleasanton, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mobile test automation using Appium and Java, a deep understanding of BLE technology, and a solid background in the Healthcare or medical device testing domain. Local candidates will be prioritized for this role.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in mobile app test automation using Appium and Java
- Strong hands-on experience in iOS test automation
- 4+ years of cross-platform mobile app automation using Appium
- Minimum 1 year of testing experience involving BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) technology
- 4+ years of experience working with Android Studio and Visual Studio (VS)
- Strong knowledge of Git, including submodule management
- At least 3 years of experience with Mobile MDM, App Store processes, and Mobile CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with test agent creation, pipeline maintenance, and troubleshooting build failures
- Cloud experience with Azure or AWS
- Proficient in JIRA for tracking and managing test efforts
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience in the Healthcare industry or medical device testing domain is required
