Open Market CRE is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Agent to join our firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in pursuing a career in commercial real estate investment sales and is looking for a supportive and dynamic work environment to grow and succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, including property owners, investors, and developers
• Work closely with Broker and Senior Associates to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Conduct market research to understand current trends and market conditions
• Assist in preparing and presenting proposals and property evaluations to clients
• Participate in negotiations and transaction management on behalf of clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Be organized and manage their time well
• Willingness to make cold calls and have excellent interpersonal skills focused on lead generation

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take direction from Broker and Senior Associates
• Must hold a valid real estate license in the State of Florida

We offer comprehensive training and mentorship programs to help you develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in commercial real estate investment sales. This is a commission based opportunity and candidate will operate as an independent contractor.
