Schedule: Monday–Friday (some evenings and Saturdays required)
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week) or Part-Time (20–29 hours/week)

In this unique role, you won’t just assist — you'll be part of the team that brings nursing education to life . From preparing state-of-the-art simulation labs to supporting students and instructors during realistic clinical scenarios, you’ll play a vital part in training the next generation of nurses.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and set up simulation and skills labs with equipment, manikins, supplies, and programming 
• Support simulation scenarios by operating equipment, role-playing patients or family members, and providing technical assistance
• Maintain and restock labs and supply rooms after use
• Assist instructors and students in using simulation tools and medical equipment
• Monitor inventory and ensure all supplies are stocked and ready
• Collaborate with the simulation team to keep labs running smoothly and efficiently

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• A background in healthcare (CNA, Medical Assisting, EMT, or similar)
• A strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfort working with both people and technology
• Flexibility to support evening and weekend shifts, as needed 

Preferred but not required:

• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor Certification
