This forward-focused district is reimagining the learning experience and we’re looking for OTs who want to be part of that transformation!

As a member of our team, you’ll play a key role in empowering students to access learning, develop independence, and thrive in the classroom and beyond.

We’re currently seeking in-person therapists to support:

• Student evaluations and re-evaluations

• OTA supervision

• Mentorship for fieldwork students

We offer flexible, school-based opportunities. Including full-time or part-time caseloads to help you find the right balance for your professional and personal goals.

What You’ll Do

• Provide occupational therapy services to K–12 students

• Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and screenings

• Develop and implement IEP-based interventions

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Foster students’ success in motor skills, sensory processing, and daily participation

Why Partner with PTS

• Competitive independent contractor rates

• Reimbursement for documentation, evaluations, and IEP meetings

• Flexible scheduling to support work–life balance

• Access to mentorship, clinical support, and professional development through our PTS team

• Be part of a district that values inclusive, student-focused service delivery

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Hold (or are eligible for) a North Carolina OT license

• Have experience working with children or in school-based settings

• Are committed to functional, inclusive, and collaborative practice

Join PTS and help shape a more inclusive, student-centered future for learners in Southeastern North Carolina!
