Position: Operations Coordinator

Compensation:  $25 - $30 /hour

Location:  Midland, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled  Operations Coordinator  to join their team!

Join a dynamic team where your expertise in operations and support will shine. This role is open due to internal restructuring, offering a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal position. Work in a hybrid model with a mix of office and remote work, supporting field personnel and managing crucial operational tasks. Your main focus will be coding invoices and system management, with occasional travel to the Delaware office. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Code and manage invoices accurately and efficiently



• Support field personnel with operational tasks



• Travel to the Delaware office as needed



• Manage system operations and ensure smooth workflow



• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in the oil and gas industry



• Proficiency in coding invoices and managing expenses



• Strong communication skills for field interactions



• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Open Invoice software



• Strong Excel skills



• Background in administrative or accounting roles
