We have partnered with one of the largest and most prominent manufacturers in their industry in an exclusive opportunity to find an Operations Manager. Our client is a quickly growing company providing opportunities to advance as they promote from within. This role would involve leading a team of four production members and 20 indirect reports. What You'll Do

• Directly supervise four employees and indirectly supervise 20+ within various departments
• Sustain and develop teamwork and team-based problem solving
• Manage team members, provide feedback, and deliver shift briefs

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with contract management systems, development software, inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment
