The E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately and carefully processing orders, ensuring flawless packaging, and timely shipment to customers. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a gentle touch when handling delicate items, and a commitment to delivering a premium unboxing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Pick, pack and ship customers customer orders from inventory with extreme care, verifying product SKUs and other details needed.
• Packaging: Expertly wrap items while ensuring a pristine presentation.
• Shipping : Ensure all parcels are dispatched on time using the correct courier services and tracking methods, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in picking, packing and shipping. Experience in e-commerce highly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to details and accuracy.
• Shipping software (ShipStation, Easyship) is a plus!
• Basic computer skills for order processing and label printing.
• Ability to work in a secure, small-item environment (no heavy lifting).
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Terms

• M-F, weekends as needed
• $40,000-$47,500/annum
• 8 hr shift
• 401(k)

• 5 Paid Vacation Days (after one year of employment).
• Paid Legal Holidays (that fall on business days): New Year's, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.)
