We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join a high-performing trauma team at a State Level 1 and ACS Level 2 Trauma Center located in vibrant Tucson, Arizona. This full-time position offers an exceptional work/life balance, a collaborative environment, and the chance to provide comprehensive trauma care alongside an experienced surgical and APP team.
Position Highlights:
Work 183 shifts annually (24-hour shifts) — excellent schedule flexibility
Collaborate with a full-time Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon
Shifts are structured in 4 to 7-day blocks to promote continuity and recovery
24/7 APP coverage ensures efficient workflows and support
Provide Orthopedic Trauma and Acute Care Surgery services
Access to great OR resources and dedicated follow-up clinic

Qualifications:
Fellowship-trained in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery
Pelvic and acetabular trauma experience required
BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery with a focus in Trauma
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
